Kate Middleton, 39, has had a busy week with virtual chats to various different organisations. For tonight’s call, the Duchess caught up with Little Village where she spoke to several members of the community. Little Village is a baby bank which offers support to families.

For the occasion, the royal channeled her inner Diana with a timeless classic white dog collar top.

The Duchess spoke with Sophia Parker, who is the organisation’s founder as well as mothers.

Sophia explained how Little Village has adapted to the pandemic by retraining their volunteers, which has enabled them to make over 7,00 calls to families last year.

One of the mums spoke about the challenges she had faced during the latest lockdown and how Little Village had supported her.

Last year, the Duchess brought together 19 brands to donate over 25,000 new items to more than 40 baby banks nationwide.

For the call, the royal went smart-casual with her outfit.

Her cream long sleeve top featured pleated shoulders and a dog collar.

The collar featured black piping around the neck as well as the same detail running down the centre of the top along with small black buttons.

Kate favours clothing pieces with collars and they make a regular appearance in her wardrobe.

Princess Diana also loved collars including frilly ones and dog collars.

Collars are a timeless piece on any outfit and Kate has worn them on dresses, blouses and tops.

For hair, Kate went for her classic signature bouncy blow dry with a side parting.

She kept her jewellery minimal and opted for a pair of new gold earrings which she first debuted at the start of the week.

The Duchess kept her makeup simple but added a smokey eye look to add warmth to her look.

She went for strong contour and peach blush and completed the look with defined eyebrows and a pink lip.

The royal often recycles outfits and the other day for a call with William, she channeled her thrifty side with rewearing one of her favourite blazers.

The sleek blazer was one of her favourites and is from Alexander McQueen.

The distinctive blazer features two satin panels on the front of the jacket.

Kate has worn the blazer before, debuting it for her appearance at the Wildlife Photographer of the Year awards ceremony.

Although the exact style is no longer available, similar alternatives retail for £1,300.
