Caitriona Balfe: Outlander’s Claire Fraser exposes serious cleavage in eye-popping dress

Irish actress and former model Caitriona Balfe, 40, was snapped at a fashion show in Paris yesterday.

The TV star, who found fame as Claire Fraser in time-travelling period drama Outlander, headed to the French capital to watch the Valentino runway show as part of Paris Fashion Week.

The brunette beauty put on a very busty display in a low-cut blue dress when she sat on the front row to see the Fall/Winter 2020 collection.

Caitriona turned heads at the fashion event in a full-length black dress with a blue floral pattern and tasseled nude heels.

The beautiful gown featured a wide leather belt, which cinched in at the waist to showcase her slim figure, and was worn with a coordinating purse from Valentino.

A very plunging neckline drew attention to her cleavage.

It almost revealed a little to much when she sat down to watch the catwalk show.

The actress wore her shoulder-length dark tresses loose and enhanced her natural good looks with minimal make-up.

Gold-hooped earrings and and elegant chain necklace completed her look.

After the models stormed the runway, Caitriona took to social media to thank the designers for inviting her to the Paris Fashion Week show.

She told her 1.1 million followers: “Absolutely stunningly beautiful show.”

The Outlander star continued: “Thank you @pppiccioli and @maisonvalentino for having me. Loved this show so much xxx @carlossouza1311.”

Award-winning actress Caitriona has played the role of Claire in the Starz drama since 2014.

She stars opposite Scottish actor Sam Heughan, 39, who plays her on-screen husband Jamie Fraser.

The duo are currently back on TV screens in the eagerly-awaited fifth series of the popular show.

Ahead of the most recent series, Caitriona said the role was a “gift” and she was so “grateful” to play the fictional nurse.

She said: “This character has been such a gift to me. I am so grateful I’ve been given the chance to bring her to life and even after 5 seasons she continues to inspire me and surprise me.”

She continued: “Can’t wait for you all to see season 5 … We’ve all worked hard on it and we hope you will love it. #clairefraser #outlanderseason5 @outlander_starz.”
