Stacey Solomon: Loose Women star in shock as she’s spotted on Michelle Obama’s Instagram

Stacey Solomon was shocked and delighted to discover she made an appearance on Michelle Obama’s Instagram account today.

The 30-year-old Loose Women star, who regularly amuses fans with her silly antics and Tap to Tidy organisational posts, could not believe the news.

She took to the social networking site this morning to share her thoughts on the matter.

Sharing the former First Lady of America’s Instagram post, Stacey told her 3.1 million followers it had “made her day.”

She wrote: “So many of you are tagging me in this… me and Hoe can’t stop laughing that I’m on Michelle Obamas’ grid.”(sic)

The mum-of-three went on to admit, she was pretty sure that Barack Obama’s wife had no idea who she was.

Stacey added: “I’m 100 per cent sure the queen has no idea who I am but this made my day none the less.”

Michelle’s original post encouraged people to thank the emergency services, medical providers, shop assistants and delivery drivers – to name but a few – by sending them messages and handwritten notes to show how much we appreciate them.

To illustrate the notion, the 56-year-old posted a few pictures of such letters.

The first note was from an English child and read: “Dear Mum, This coronavirus has everyone going crazy.

“However, we wouldn’t get through it without nurses like you on the NHS.

“Well done for being so strong. Tomorrow is a new day, get some sleep, relax and let Stacey Solomon get you giggling. We love you!!”

The American lawyer and author said in her caption: “A handwritten letter, an Instagram post, or a simple “thank you” text can go a long way in letting someone know just how incredible they are and how much you appreciate what they’re doing.”

After discovering the letter, Stacey asked her fans if anyone knew who penned the beautiful note.

She wrote online: “Does anyone know who wrote this? It’s so beautiful and warmed my heart and I’d love to say thank you.”
