Amanda Holden, 50, pours curves into skintight lycra for intense workout
Amanda Holden showed off her toned physique as she posed in a matching gym set for a run on her Instagram Stories this week.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge posed with her hands on her hips, as she pouted for the camera in the stunning snap, which was taken right after a workout session.
She wore a skintight navy and light blue sports bra along with a pair of matching blue leggings that emphasised her lean pins and toned stomach.
The 50-year-old finished her look with a dark blue cap and patterned trainers, as she posed in front of a garden hedge.
She wore her long blonde locks pulled up into a bun as well as a full face of glam makeup.
Captioning the photo, Amanda wrote: “Run done!” with a fist emoji, as she congratulated herself on braving the wet weather.
The post comes after it was revealed that Amanda has landed her own E4 series that will see her move in with her nan.
The eight-part documentary-style programme will be called No Holden Back and will show the star’s “unique relationship” with nan Myrtle and other family members and friends.
Speaking to The Sun, Amanda said: “I'm delighted that everyone is finally going to meet my nan, the apple never falls far from my tree and in this series she will certainly be keeping me on my toes.”
A spokesperson for Myrtle, said: “I have no comment, apart from I’m really hoping being on TV might mean I can finally meet my favourite young man, Ben Shephard.”
A Channel 4 Commissioning Editor, Steven Handley, told the publication: “Amanda is one of the UK’s most well-known stars and we are thrilled to get insight into her life with her nan.”
Details of the show's release date remain top-secret, but Amanda has already spent several weeks filming for the series.
The Heart FM star hinted at the new project a few days ago when she shared a photo of herself behind the camera, along with the caption "shooting into the weekend".
