I got suspicious because he was on his phone non-stop while we were waiting for the flight and in the hotel.

I sneaked a look at his phone and was devastated by what I found.

The messages were sexually explicit and I can’t trust him now.

I constantly check his social media to see who he is talking to.

He is 29.

Say it is hurtful when he is on his phone non-stop and that it is natural for you to wonder what or who is more important than you.

Insist you agree to put your phones away most of the time you are together – just check them three times a day.

Also put fresh energy into your relationship.
