Dancing On Ice fans fuming over Perri Kiely’s routine amid dangerous backflip
During Sunday night's Dancing On Ice finale, Diversity dancer Perri Kiely impressed judges and viewers alike with a death-defying backflip during his routine.
It was touch and go for a few seconds when the 24-year-old wobbled before getting back up straight and skating into the celebratory arms of the other skaters.
And while the routine landed Perri a perfect score of 40 from the judges, viewers watching at home weren't happy because they said that he wasn't in it enough.
Instead, they said the pro skaters performed most of the routine, while Perri and his partner Vanessa Bauer weren't featured as much.

One tweeted: "Perri was hardly in the routine, they had more professionals in his routine than they would in an actual group routine and is it just me or did he not land the backflip properly?"
Another wrote: "Needed more of Perri and Vanessa, less of the pros in that dance! He's amazing on his own/in his couple – they didn't really need anything else. Brilliant backflip!"

And a third said: "Underwhelmed, sadly most of the routine was skated by the pros. Perri just rolled around the floor and did a very impressive backflip on ice."
After the dangerous routine, Perri's pal Ashley Banjo struggled to get his words out.
The judge said: "I'm lost for words. I'm literally a bit shaky. That reminded me of the first time I saw you perform in a show. It's not easy. The ice, the skate, the guts to go for that on live TV. Honestly, amazing."

Despite Perri seriously impressing viewers, it didn't do enough to clinch him the win.
In the end, telly host Joe Swash won the trophy with his pro partner Alex Murphy – but it could have been anyone's game.
All three finalists, including Libby Clegg, scored two perfect 40s for their routines on the night.
However Libby was voted out in third place.
