Holby City fan favourite character back on screens as he makes Casualty debut in first look BBC trailer | The Sun

A HOLBY City fan favourite will be back on screens soon as a new Casualty trailer reveals his first scenes.

Fans have been left delighted after they spotted Eli Ebrahimi in the newly-released trailer.

He's played by former EastEnders actor Davood Ghadami, who worked on Casualty's sister show Holby City before its axe last year.

Since then some of the show's most-loved characters have made brief appearances in Casualty.

And in the first-look clip we see Eli in the emergency department, hugging another person.

Show bosses haven't told us yet why Eli is in the ED or who it is he is seen embracing.
